An Alternative to the Bridesmaid Drape

It’s 55 degrees here in Houston today, and you know what that means:

I could google winter in Texas memes all day.

To be fair, it IS still officially autumn, but the cold front we’re having is definitely getting me excited for the winter weddings coming up.  Winter weddings in Texas are great because you can still plan for a garden wedding (did you know that Heather’s Glen has indoor and outdoor space surrounded by evergreen and seasonal blooms?), but not freeze your bottom off.

Rather than having your bridesmaids wear shoulder wraps (they always fall!  How are you supposed to do anything when you’re holding drapes of fabric in the crook of your elbow?!), have you considered gifting them fur stoles?  Lots of people consider authentic fur to be luxurious and beautiful, but there are tons of cruelty-free, lovely, and affordable options out there as well.

Do I look warm? I do not feel warm.

Here are some beautiful alternatives for the stylish bride, bridesmaids, and even flower girls.
